Customer Introductions Program

The Program in a Nutshell

Most companies employ a sales staff and pay them commissions against their sales. We utilize an alternative methodology in which we employ no dedicated sales personnel, and instead obtain sales through third party introductions.

Just as a company rewards their sales staff with commissions, we reward those who introduce new customers to us. All one needs to do to qualify for the commission is to make the introduction - we handle the rest of the sales process and pay commissions against all sales for the first 2 years.

What is an Introduction?

An introduction can take the form of any type of referral such as word-of-mouth, a posted advertisement or any other form of "promotion" of our services. If this promotion results in a new client contract with bluejava, the source of this promotion is the introducer and will qualify for the commission.

Commissions are paid at a rate of 6% of all sales (revenue) for the first year and 3% of all sales for the second year.

The first year begins on the first contract date. The sales amount used in the calculation of commissions includes all sales from bluejava products and services to the new client.

After the initial 2 year period, commissions will no longer be paid for a given introduction.

How the Program Works

There is no need to "sign up" to participate in this program. You may begin making introductions at any time. Once a new client has been obtained, we will inquire how the client first heard of our business and contact you to begin the commission payment.

If you wish to contact us to inform us of an introduction you have made, we invite you to do so. However, we will be sure and find the source of the introduction in

all cases, as we believe strongly in this program as a cost efficient alternative to a dedicated sales staff.

We particularly believe in rewarding those who make successful introductions as they often become the source of multiple introductions.
